Dear Lloyd Ward, Esq. and Amanda Ward,
Yesterday I published a new story that named you both and your debt relief related affiliated companies you either own, have an interest in, or work for. You can find that story here.
I just wanted to be clear for the public record that I truly hold no animosity or grudge against you, Lloyd, for suing my wife and I for millions. Seriously, I don’t. The case will run its course. And even though some may feel it was a petty and ridiculous thing to do, I bear you no ill will and forgive you for your actions.
As always, if you feel this site has reported any information incorrectly or any article contains a factual error that you would like to see corrected, I am very happy to publish any correction, update, or any statement you wish to make about the information in the article. You can even use the button on the left side of the site to submit a correction.
In the past when I’ve published some complaints that have involved Lloyd Ward services (here and here) I’ve even sent letters and asked you to please respond. You have not, so I stopped sending them. The only thing that subsequently happened was that you amended the lawsuit to name my company, that sent you the letters.
As the letters the Myvesta Foundation sent you stated:
We want to make sure people have a chance to hear your side of the issue as well. Hopefully your response will be a positive and timely one so people can witness the exceptional customer service you may provide to make this consumer happy and resolve the issue.
If you decide to do that it can create a more favorable public perception of you and your company. Don’t look at this as a problem, but an opportunity to shine.

Members of your staff have posted comments on some stories in an effort to resolve consumer issues. You have not.
I want to make sure that any article on this site that might mention you or your wife Amanda contains a fair and accurate recitation of the facts as they are known. But trying to get a response from you has been fruitless.
The only time I heard from you about any story was when you sued us and claimed you had no involvement with mailers in the article. I then immediately published a statement on that story with your position. But that was the first I had heard from you on that matter.
Please understand the opportunity always exists for you to be heard on this site. You know how to reach me and I welcome it. In case you are unaware how to reach me you can do so through my attorney, using this form or the report an error form.
And while you may feel it is appropriate to sue me to try to obtain a correction or address a story on this site, I would humbly suggest that a better and more effective response might be for you to publicly comment or provide public responses to stories that you feel have treated you unfairly or incorrectly? It is absolutely not my intention for you to be treated unfairly.

I look forward to working publicly with you to help resolve any issue or consumer issues where people feel they have not been treated fairly. It would seem logical that you would not want people to walk away from services provided by you or under your name with that perception.
