Consumer Statement:

I am a conusmer who needed help fixing my credit i was introduced to Bob Tarr owner of Consumer Credit Repair. I was charged a advanced fee of 450.00 to repair my credit and remove all derogitory marks on my credit. He showed me examples and seemed pretty honest when i ordered my credit reports i mailed them to his office however the mail was return due to the address not existing. When i called to tell him this he gave me a new address prior to resending my reports i looked the address up and it was fake i then called to get a refund for months i have had to call and call. Well i did some research and he broke the law.The FTC requires anyone or a company doing credit repiar to be registered and have a 100k bond Mr. tarr has none of the above after letting him know this he laughed and cursed me out. Great new is i have filed complaints with the FTC and CA Attorney General be careful if you meet this scammer do not think twice just walk away.

Consumer Action Taken:

If you feel you’ve been financially hurt by a debt relief company and deserve a refund, read these step-by-step instructions on how to proceed to attempt to get your money back.

If you do get your money back, come back and leave a comment about it. I’d love to praise companies that step-up and do the right thing for people.
