  • I called this Company today because I have disputed their charges on my Credit Report at least 4 times now. What I noticed when I received my updated Credit Reports was that not only did Amsher not delete the Debts that I don’t owe, they created what is called negative re-aging date, and that allows the debt to remain on your Credit for 7-10 additional years. Instead of a 2010 debt being removed (this is now 2018) they re-aged it making it look like a new debt. Same thing with two others that are not mine. Two (2) 2013 debts were updated making it look like they are brand new debts. The Supervisor I spoke with couldn’t say much except “Well, the debts are still owed”. Not by me, but they still won’t remove them. Negative re-aging is illegal, and a tactic used by dishonest Collection Agencies to prolong Collection Activities for $. I am contacting the Federal Trade Commission as I was advised to do. Negative re-aging is absolutely illegal, and one should sue the Collection Agency if these illegal practices were used.
