  • I’ve been paying them for a debt and have also asked for a statement. I believe I have paid or am close to paying off the debt. I’m still waiting for the statement. No one is ever available to to speak with me about this.

  • My credit card debt was transferred to Blalack and Wolliams about 9 years ago. I have been paying monthly as per settlement agreement. My estimate is that I am done or almost done with my payments.

I contacted them several times in the last 3 years to provide me account statements and payment history. But they’ve never sent me any so I decided to stop paying them. Last week I received letter of Writ of Execution from them stating I owe them 5 times the original amount.
