  • they are all owned by the same Ray Cordano, weather or not they are listed that way or not he is the one profiting from this. They claim to educate but when you call and ask for help they pitch a Debt Settlement Program or a CCCS program.

    They charge a heavy upfront fee fr the consultation and then profit on the back end from whoever they have servicing their accounts.

    They also send out a very very deceptive mail piece that is exactly what the FTC said is not compliant. ( Pennsylvania Ave. yada yada yada even though they are based in Sacramento Ca.
