Consumer Statement:

I was an affiliate of Trinity and almost all of our business was directed to Loscalzo and Associates. The first thing they did was to start deducting money from our portion of the fees when they had to hire outside attorneys to go to court for our clients even though our contract stated that we were not participating in the fees but we were to be paid our percentage for advertising only. Later they stopped paying us at all then stopped all communication with us. Neither Anthony nor Frank Loscalzo would return phone calls or emails.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have tried repeatedly to contact ADS “Trinity” and Frank LoScalzo.

Note: ADS appears to refer to ADS Debt Management and Trinity to Trinity Debt Services.
