Legally That MONEY LAUNDERING) They will PAY EITHER WAY . this company is full of schemmers and SCAMMERS.     I called to activate my card and the lady checked to see what information I had provided them when I applied for the card. The came back and said the company required I send them a copy of my SOCIAL SECURITY, GOVERNMENT ID and A BILLING ADDRESS. When I started asking a few questions about the validity of there process the lady hung up the phone on me. That was my experience with them.

  3. This is what I received from Ace after I emailed Ace over a month after I disputed charges on my card. My card was used to open an Amazon .com account and charges were made via the account. I did not open this account and I need my money to be put back on my card. It looks as if Ace just wants me to forget about the money stolen from my card. I have asked them to send me the documents used to come to this conclusion.

    We made a final determination regarding the possible error(s) made with your card. Based on the information and facts obtained during our investigation, we do not find that an error occurred. Your dispute claim has been closed with no credit. We did not find that an error occurred because the facts of based on the following findings:

    Review of account activity indicates a consistent pattern of use related to the reported transactions. The individual performing the transactions being disputed was consistently aware of deposit amounts to the account, suggesting inside knowledge of the account.

    Transactions being disputed are consistent with your previous account activity, such as the merchants shopped.

    Our records show that the account was accessed during the time of unauthorized usage, using a method consistent with methods used previously to access the account.

    If you would like to request a copy of the documents we used in determining the final outcome of this investigation, or if you have additional questions, please contact the Customer Service number printed on the back of your card during normal business hours.

  4. Crooked Company!!! Ace Elite card has terrible customer service, they charge horrible fees and they did not assist me when they allowed their partner company Ace Cash Express to steal $1733.00+ from my account in April 2013. As of today July 22, 2013 I am still fighting to get my money back even though their lawyers said It needed to be refunded. they have cause me to not be able to pay my rent and now am going to be evicted if I do not get that money immediately. I have file a complaint wit the government and may sue them as well. Horrible company, do not use them or you will regret it!

    • my wife had joined them they say she owed 108.00 dolars on a previos account they are holding her check for 5 days no one knows anything you cant get a hold of there corpaorate person they have been giving us the run around anyone want to join me for a group law suite against this company?

    • I have been with ace-net spend for 18 years,,they only charge 5$ a month,,,they do learn your habits and if anything looks out of place to them ,,they do call to verify that you attempted to make the purchase,and if not ,they will block your card ,,I like that they know where I spend money,and a few times they contacted me about a purchase I never made,,they look after all my activity,,,Thank you bet spend,,ace elite
