  1. So I keep getting pre-approved platinum visa offers in the mail. I had bankruptcy not long ago. Now CapitalOne wants to step right in and offer me minuscule amount of credit and charge me 23.9% interest from the day I use it. This is their way of helping me to restore my creditworthiness. I am speechless, but hopeful some day their reign of terror will come to an end!
