samuels credit card has a great online data base that is simple enough to use. They should add the ability to pay with card though. Which brings me to how terrible the bad english speaking customer service is. The first time I call the indian guy said “hello please hold for me.” I was put on hold without being asked, and he got back on and said he cant do anything his computers were down and i had to call back.
I told him just to transfer me, but he said no i have to call back. So i did, the indian lady was just as rude, went to take my payment without asking me first, and when i told her to cancel it that i wanted to pay with card she said i cant. It took five minutes of probing her to get her to explain to me that they cant take card payments until its past due. Which is ridiculous, but she could have said that the first time i mentioned card payment. Just ridiculou customer service. only worth 1 star for their good website.
