  1. Well I prepaid my credit card on Aug 20, 2021 to cover charges that would occur over the next couple of months. I have my tv on auto pay with this credit card that gets billed at the end of every month. Today 9/23/21 I get a check from TJX/Synchrony dated 9/16/21. I call TJX customer service and ask why I received a check. I was told that after a “certain number of days”, which is apparently 26 days, if there is a credit on the account and check is sent to you for the overpayment amount. I have had a credit card for 32 years and this has NEVER happened. NEVER! So my tv is on autopay and the card will be charged on Sept 30. I will now have to send TJX a payment. Which would have been covered by the overpayment that is sitting on my desk in the form of a check. That I now have to go to the bank and deposit. This is absolutely unbelievable.
