Consumer Statement:

Same exact situation with Realty Law Center. I was scammed by All State Law group to pay $2,995.00 for a slam dunk Modification. Was told originally (In October 2011) that all my financials were in line for modification in the 3.0 to 3.5 range. After multiple phone calls and emails to a Mrs. Gomez I have gotten nowhere. Also faxed all my paperwork to them then was told it was lost.

Consumer Action Taken:

It is now May 2012 and I cannot even get a phone call or email response from this company. The phone goes directly to an answering machine without a response.

  1. Yes…I’ve been recently scammed by this same company dba Realty Law Center as well.  I sent them  $2500 for a loan modification and have been working with a character named James Moreno. I’ve also sent various documents which I don’t even know they received.  Haven’t heard from James since I found out that any of these documents have been sent to my mortgage holder.  Oh…I’m gonna get my money back!!
