Consumer Statement:

I have made too many phone calls to count, with no return on voicemail messages…when I was actually allowed to leave a message! Most of the time I received a recording advising their phone system was experiencing errors & was not able to leave a message. I have also sent close to 50 emails, which have gone unanswered. I IM chatted with 2 different rep’s who both stated, “The gift card will go in the mail next week”. I ordered the card on 12-06-2011, redeemed my voucher on 12-20-2011, & now it’s May & I have not yet received the gift card!
