Universal Fidelity – Consumer Complaint – 5-22-2012

Written by Consumer

Consumer Statement:

I received a letter from Universal Fidelity LP saying I owed them late fees from movies for Hollywood Video. The 3 films they list I have never rented. When Hollywood Video closed I did not owe them any money. I believe this to be a scam.

Consumer Action Taken:

I called the compant and they said someone used my card at the store. This is not possible. The films listed are really strange. There seems to be no title. I also e-mailed them at the dispute e-mail address.
