Consumer Statement:

Complaint about Freedom Financial Debt Consolidation Company:
This company is a scam on people in financial binds. They say one thing and do nothing for you but get your money and then drop you. I had started the program in 2010 through 2011. Not a dime of the money I had spent on what they called a draft fee and service fees were used to help with my creditors settlements. In all the cases they said they had lowered the settlement with the company but when I contacted the company they said no such deal existed.

I stop paying that when they dropped me for non payment of service fees and the GE account I had was not what I had put down in the records for the bank drafts causing overdrafts at my bank. Also they have not refunded my money spent for these fees nor giving me a service. I was told if they could not help me in a timely manner my money would be refunded not just for the GE account also the fees that came with the service but they did nothing were is my full refund they stated.

Consumer Action Taken:

They were given access to the GE account in a refund check of a certain amount without giving me my money back for the fees and charges. I still have to deal with the creditors and now some are suing me. They not only did not help with my claims but did not go to bat for me in court either. When trying to resolve the problem they said the account is closed and no longer exists. I still have e-mails to prove I had accounts with them and the people who I talked to in confidence I thought were there to help but give me the old get my money and run scam.
