Consumer Statement:
Received a notice dated 06/05/12 from Universal Fidelity, LP regarding fees they claim due related to Hollywood Video stores.
They claim fees related to 9 titles from 02/14/09 – 10/28/09 totalling $89.18.
We do not believe that any of these charges are legitimate.
Consumer Action Taken:
My spouse (Debtor named) took a call from a representative of Universal Fidelity , LP and attempted to explain that we do not feel that these are ligitimate charges and that we would like documentation supporting these fees. She was told that the time had passed for disputing the charges.
A credit card number had been provided but a charge has not been recorded.
