Consumer Statement:

On June 7th of 2012 I mailer was recieved at our residence in Moreno Valley CA
This was from National Advocacy Law Center in Santa Ana ca. I called in regards to the solicitation we recieved in regards to our Wesom Credit union loan this mailer piece was for a national law suit for preditory lending and other out landish claims like a free and clear loan. My son called to speak to someone to why we had been getting this mail piece we are current and have a low rate loan my son was told we recieved the mailer due to public record we had a predatory loan and may qualify to join a law suit. My son asked them to remove us from the mailing list the lady whOm we spoke to was rude and not helpful to him upon further research we found this to be a Big scam.

Consumer Action Taken:

We asked to be removed from there mail list and to not use our information again and get us out of thier data base.
