I purchased 2 gift cards from savemore.com on different dates.below are the details of my purchases:
1. $10 Subway Restaurant gift card
Purchase date: 11/2/2011
2. $25 Overstock.com Gift Card
Purchase date: 12/28/2011
I redeemed $10 Subway gift card and they said they will send it in 3 weeks, waited for one month and contacted through phone , they said will send it soon. I got Papajohns gift card that I purchase before these two transactions, and I received the gift card, so I trusted them and purchased these two. Later I contacted again in Jan 2012 By phone and failed to talk to the customer service, lot waiting I put my voice message to contact me back and left my phone no and details. But no one reached me. I tried 8 days continuously and left my voice message. Now I am not able to access the website too. And I searched google about this and found out it is fraud.
Consumer Action Taken:
I tried to contact by phone so many times and not able to reach customer service representative . Some times I left voice message with my details to reach me back. But I didn’t receive any call from them and now I am not able to access the website too. I tried to contact the overstock and subway restaurants about my purchase, they tried use the voucher code that I have with me and it didn’t worked because its savemore.com website vouchers not their voucher code.
