Consumer Statement:

On July 11, 2012 I received a phone call 901 351-0220 with threat of legal action been sought against me. I originally did a $300.00 dollar loan plus a 90.00 fee for loan with Ameriloan on 7/10/2012 which I went on line and requested that Ameriloan debit my account for the full amount of 390.00 on July 20, 2012.
On July 11, 2012 I spoke to a person name Nash which stated that they were with Ameriloan /USACASH demanding that I would have to pay in full the $390.00 to USACASH.
