Realty Law Center / Bruce Weiner – Consumer Complaint – 10-20-2012

Consumer Statement:

Received correspondence from Realty Law Center re: Mortgage modification assistance-paid Attorney retainer-promised a modification-told was approved (Big Lie!) also told not to pay Mortgage for 3 months. Was promised paperwork Mortgage documents via overnight mail. Never received it, received calls to point of “harassment” for remainder of retainer refused. Requested refund of money originally paid-was ignored.

Consumer Action Taken:

Sent certified letter “firing” the Attorney, also requested refund of money paid-no response-sent letters to California Bar Association, California Attorney General, California Real Estate Commission, The Federal Mortgage Fraud Division. Sent letters to the major Newspapers in each city where they operated, sent letters and e-mails to the major News Agencies. The Result ? Bruce Weiner is now appearing before the California Bar Court. How do I know this ?, they flew me from Georgia to testify last week in his Disbarment Proceeding. Judging by a recent post dated earlier this Month, they haven’t been stopped yet. Those who are still out there need to call the Californa Attorney General’s Office and the California Bar Association and let them know that there are others that need to be heard!
