When you click on www.debtsettlementusa.com, Freedom debt relief comes up.
Did Debtsettlements usa open under another name.
I was ripped off by these peoples for a lot of money. One day they were there and the next they were gone.
It appears the company failed.
According to Arizona corporate records the company was administratively dissolved by the State on December 21, 2011.
The company director was Theodore Brauer and the secretary was Diane Brauer. – Source
According to the BBB the company is believed to be out of business. – Source
What is interesting is that there appears to be no bankruptcy for Debt Settlement USA when they went out of business. If Freedom Financial network did not assume all of their liabilities, which I doubt they did, you might be able to go after the owners for money due.
I would suggest you consult with a local attorney and discuss the possibilities if that is something you want to pursue.
