Consumer Statement:

The Berry Company kept calling me over and over trying to get me to sign up for advertising with a website. They made all kinds of promises ststing that they would optimize my site and send monthly reports showing progress. It took six months before I even got a response from a customer and I never did get any monthly reports of any kind. I stopped paying the bill because I was tired of calling them every week 2 or three times a week to get them to correct the problems. It was 6 to seven months before the site was half way working like they promised.

Consumer Action Taken:

I tried to get them to work with me by asking for 6 months credit and I would pay the rest of the balance in full as I wanted to give them a chance to fulfill their promises but they refused. They used a high pressure sales lady over the phone that promised the world to me and I fell for it.No contracts were signed. Her name was Freeda Boyd. She is no longer employed by them. They cut my service off and sent me to a collection agency. I am disappointed and feel that they will say anything to make a sell but refuse to work with people when they didnt deliver.
