Key One Solutions – Consumer Complaint – November 28, 2012

Consumer Statement:

I was told that Key One Solutions would refund my money if they were unable to help me. In March, 2012, they took $998 from my credit card, assuring me that they could help lower my bills. In August, they determined that they could not help me and after a couple of conversations, told me they would reimburse my account. That has not happened and now the phone is either broken or busy.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have been in contact with them on a monthly basis, with them telling me I should receive my refund on the next billing period, etc. Now I cannot reach them at all. And my credit card bill is twice what it was each month because of it.
