Consumer Statement:

This all started about 6 months ago we contacted Consumer Law Center in Santa Ana Ca for a chapter 7 B.K we spoke with Terry Shannon he was helping us do our B.K. We paid 2500.00 to Terry Shannon he was going to be our attorney we come to find out he was disbared in 2006 or 2007 and when I called and confronted him he tried to switch me to a new lawyer Franky Barilla his so called partner. Now we were upset this guy took 2500.00 dollars and passed him self off to be a layer he plain lied and aimed to scam is I did some research on him and he was disbared for bad things.

Consumer Action Taken:

We tried to get our money back but we are still fighting with him he does not want to return calls or emails we are seeking the advice of the police and state bar.
