How Do I Handle Wells Fargo Suing Me Over Debt? – Cynthia

I had wells fargo visa that is in default for 16k. I was served sunday 12/08/12 but the paperwork was filed in the courts on 11/29/12. I think I have 30 days to respond and this is through contra costa county, california.

Hello, I was served yesterday from wells fargo bank for a credit card debt of 16k. I am not sure what to do or how to handle. I am hoping you can assist me
