i had 23pounds14pence taken from my acc i had filled out a loan application and had stated i did not want a loan that required a gaurantor and this was all they gave me. as an o.a.p .i can ill afford to pay a fee for a service i did not get

i tried to contact them numerous times but was left hanging on then the phone would go dead i tried emailing them but it came back failed..
