Consumer Statement:
We were tring to get a loan modification liberty credit law said that they could help. told us that it was no problem but it would cost 3500. it was very hard to do but we came up with the money, 1000. a monh for three months. We were only 1 payment behind, they told us that we didnt have to make any payments that they would go on the end of the loan. Well thank goodness we kept making our payments. they also told us if they couldnt help us that we would get a refund. Well they did help us and now I cant get any answers about a refund.

We have emailed them three times. And called them. But nothing.
