Lloyd Ward & Associates Stopped Taking Money From Our Account. – Sue

“Dear Steve,

I have been a client of Lloyd Ward Assoc. for a few years and am finally getting to the end of my debts.

We have around $895.00 taken out of our account (personal bank) monthly to pay off our various debtors. We calculate that we will satisfy everyone by this March.

This month, no monies were taken from our account.

Is there still a problem at this firm ? I have been following your site and refer to the recent “break-up” of Lloyd Ward and his partner, and te suit brought against him by his employees.

Dear Sue,

I have no clue what the status of any issues are regarding Lloyd Ward & Associates.

The fact the funds were not withdrawn as expected is concerning. I think it is imperative that you contact them and find out what is going on. Was it just an oversight? Was the account cancelled? Will you be getting hit twice the next month to make up for it? We won’t know till you call them.

After you talk to your customer service representative, please come back and post an update in the comments section below to help fill in others that might have experienced the same issue.
