Synthis – Consumer Complaint – January 25, 2013

Consumer Statement:

Debt relief services through Hess Kennedy, transferred for processing to Synthis by Receiver, Daniel Stermer. Funds were withdrawn from bank account and forwared to creditors for several months, then suddenly funds were still being withdrawn from my bank account, but creditors were not being paid. Cannot get any response from Receiver, Stermer, other than – we are still waiting for more information from Synthis before we can repay any of the debtors. This has gone on for months – it is looking as if Stermer is paying himself and “consultants” with Kenney Hess money, but not repaying the people whose money he is spending.

Consumer Action Taken:

MULTIPLE phone calls to Daniel Stermer office.
