Debt Restructure Group / Next Generation – Consumer Complaint – February 28, 2013

Consumer Statement:

We have been signed on with
Debt Restructure Group Next Generation
20 Truman, Suite 109 Irvine, CA 92620
since 5/2011 and we have not been given services promised.
They have ignored great Settlement offers.
They have ignored our callls and emails.
They have basically scammed us out of $2002.00 between their fees and Meracord proccessing fees, their Trust account affiliate that has just recently terminated business with DRG. Meracord did tell us that we will be getting back trust balance but not their monthly fees that total $185.00 or DRG’s fees that total $18.17.00!
We have sent Certified letter also awaiting a response or return to sender.
We are due back all fees

Consumer Action Taken:

I have clled over 20 times in the past week as it is.
I have repeatedly emailed.
I just sent a certified letter-awaiting response.

  1. Seeking plaintiffs/participants in a potential class action lawsuit against Meracord (formerly Noteworld) for alleged violations of FTC regulations. Please contact me immediately avery@DebtReliefAdvocates.org if you maintain(ed) a special purpose account at Meracord and wish to recover funds they may have wrongfully taken from you
