My name is wrongly tagged under a complaint from someone who submitted a scam report. In the article dated back in 2013, it has my name associated with the company and calling me a Service Manager?
I worked for State Law Group for about 3 months and I was an assistant part-time. I am 23 years old and I have an outstanding record in school and with work.
I was NEVER affiliated with any of the things the person who wrote that report is saying. I googled my name as saw the article and I don’t want it to ruin any chances of landing a job out of college. Again I had nothing to do with such things, I worked for Ben Borazzi because we went to the same school and I needed a job…I left because I ended up becoming a mortgage professional…which I still I am…I had no idea they were doing bad stuff to people !
Please help me by removing my name from the report. I am a young working American adult who is paying off her student loans and am praying to land a good paying job and my chances would be hurt if such article is seen !!!!
State Law Group. Avoid these folks at all cost. They are liars and scammers. I started dealing with them in the fall of 2011 and have finally dumped them. They claimed they had special insider relationships that mortgage holders had no access to. The reality is all they do is re-file the exact same paperwork that you would file with your bank. They have no special access and are worthless human beings who prey on innocent people. They take the money as a retainer in installments or up front.
These are the main scammers I dealt with:
ALEX NEVIS – SENIOR CASE MANAGER ([email protected]), NY OFFICES: 914-940-6460, CA OFFICES: 949-202-2038, SECURE FAX: 888-735-8202
BEN BORAZZI – SR. CASE MANAGER([email protected]), DIRECT OFFICE: 949-600-4529, SECURE FAX: 888-735-8202, NY OFFICES: 914-902-4202
JESUS B. ([email protected])
JAZMMIN GUILLEN – SERVICE MANAGER ([email protected])
KCORIA, ([email protected])
It took me awhile to put this all together but we need to find a way to put these people out of business and shut them down. The owners need to go to jail for fraudulent advertising and unethical practices.
Start the campaign against them now by writing all the BBBs you can, letters of complaint to the States’ Attorney Generals, and lastly we need to flood the federal government website full of complaints at: https://help.consumerfinance.gov/app/mortgage/ask
Consumer Action Taken:
Email after email to get them to respond to what they promised me after paying them their retainer fee. In the end they got me the same deal I had worked out with my bank before I even called them. I have an email taril that is over 15 months long in detail my attempt to resolve my problem. Bottom line up front, they can’t do what they say they can do. They keep changing their addresses and websites. here is a list of the ones I saw come accross the multiple people I dealt with. One day they would have one address, then next another and then another day no address.
