Consumer Statement:
I signed up with Credit Alliance group on January 25, 2912 to settle 6 of my credit cards. They took out $655.00 per month for four months. I was still getting calls from my creditors and was sued by one of them. I cancelled and signed a notarized disclaimer form in oct 10, 2012 and was told my refund of escrow fees would be sent , but it has been 5 months. I call there toll free number only to be placed on hold for hours. I have emailed them with no response. I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General and the Federal trade Commission. I just want my $2620.00 returned
