“Dear Steve,
it has been over 5 months I have paid NWCDR $1500 to refinance my student loan. Nothing happened so far, and all emails I am sending them is coming back to me. Unfortunately this is SCAM…..
Mr Blackmon called me in January since then no phone calls and his email address is not working. I have paid him $1500 in 3 installments.
He has another employee name David A Proffer with tel # 858-531-8554. He is the one who had me sign the agreement so they could refinance my student loan. I have completed my payments in November 2012. Until today I did not see any progress nor any effort to communicate with me.
I do not know where to complain.
Here you have one of 3 payment receipts I made to NWCDR

Dear Resat,
I’m so sorry to hear about your troubles and difficulties.
Paying $1,500 to refinance your student loans is a tragedy, especially when you can consolidate your federal student loans directly through the Department of Education for free.
I would suggest you read and follow my guide How to Try to Get a Refund From a Debt Relief Company and follow all the steps in that guide, including filing official complaints if they don’t address your issue.
Please post your responses and follow-up messages to me on this in the comments section below.

You are not alone. I'm here to help. There is no need to suffer in silence. We can get through this. Tomorrow can be better than today. Don't give up.
