Estate Law Group – Consumer Complaint (With Letter) – March 26, 2013

Consumer Statement:

Estate Law Group was paid by me over 3000.00 to help me with bank of america in comming up with a home loan modification. After sending them documents requested since Oct of 2012 and recieving phone calls and e mails from them, I thoght things were going forward. The last e mail I recieved from them was on Feb 10, 2013. It was from their processing team telling me that my file was moved to the final stage of the process. I tried calling them eaily March for an update. After failing to speak to anyone, I called my lender, Bank of America, and was told nothing has been done.

I received a letter certified mail from a Sameer Qadri stating they cannot continue to provide their services, Estate Law Group, due to a recent California court decision. Letter will be attached.

Consumer Action Taken:

I tried calling numbers given that are no longer in service, main number ask to leave messages with no call back. E mails given that are no longer in service.Estae Law Group web site is also down. Sent a certified letter per your format, no respond or return recipt. On the letter I gave them until March 30, 2013 but, after reading the complaints to Estate Law Group, I will start to send out my complaint to the different agencies you provided starting with this one.
