Credit Alliance Group / Corporate Alliance Services – Consumer Complaint – April 1, 2013

Consumer Statement:

Credit Alliance now known as Corporate Alliance Service – Shane V. Garner, Principle. 1717 Main St., Dallas,Tx 75201.

I contracted with this company to do debt settlement with my creditors in May 2010. From then until January 2013, I paid them $1056.64 every month totaling $31,000.

In January, I was informed by Credit Alliance that they no longer could act as a debt settlement company and would refund the money held in my escrow account. As of today I have not received any indication of when the money would be sent. They do not answer the phone or reply to E-Mails.

I have several phone numbers: 866-543-9073; 800-514-1406; 214-954-7221.

I have file complaints with the Texas Attorney General and The local Better Business Bureau.

Consumer Action Taken:

I sent requests and spoke to Mr. Garner requesting refund.
