Consumer Statement:
I retained the services of Estate Law Group (Sameer Qadri Esq.) in September 2012 to modify my mortgage. I was told that they deal directly with my lender and for a fee of $3690.00 they would modify my loan to save me $900.00 a month. They stated the process usually takes 2-3 months. I was told to STOP making payments and not to commnicate with my lender. I sent two payments of $1845.00 by the end of December. After speaking to Crysal Ann (processor) and Richlyn Graf (underwriter) for several months, they insited that everything was moving forward as planned. I sent documents such as tax returns, bank statements etc. On Jan 22 I called to speak to Richlyn and the phones were off. A message later stated that they were no longer doing buisness. I could not reach anyone from this firm. I recieved a certified letter on 4/2/13 from Sameer Qadri Esq stating that they would no longer represent me. I was close to foreclosure and I am now dealing with my lender directly. Estate Law Gruop NEVER submitted any paperwork to my lender and never had notified them of a loan modification. I only want a full refund and my file returned to me. Please help me.
Consumer Action Taken:
I tried to contact Estate Law Group many time via telephone, fax and email with no success. I finally recieved a cerified letter from the attorney (Sameer Qadri Esq) stating that they could no longer represent me and to find another attorney.

Sameer Qadri is one of your “fake” names and no one will feel sorry that you feel a little short of cash right now. You shouldn’t have stolen it in the firts place.
We have also lost over $3000 to Estate Law Group. We received the same letter from Sameer Qadri. I just filed a complaint with the FTC and the representative I spoke with said the more people who file complaints, the more likely the FTC is to take action. If enough people file a complaint, the FTC will work to get our money returned. So PLEASE call the FTC @ 1-877-ftc-help! My family needs this money returned!!
This letter everyone received is not even from Sameer Qadri…i spoke to him directly and his life is difficult right now since 2 guys used his name and tied him to EVERYTHING. We will have facts about everything as time goes by, but for Sameer, he has been calling clients to explain what happened. He wishes he could refund all of us, but he has no money to do so. You may get a call from him eventually. Please try not to pin things on him right now even though it seems like its him.
Now the owner of 01 Communications, whose name is Eitan KImelman, applied for permission to operate out of Maryland and claims on his application that he is licensed to operate in Florida, Indiana and Illinois. There are no licenses anywhere that I can find for any of the locations. So why then is he operating this bogus business out of California? On his application to Maryland he requested using a fictitious name. See, he owns Dollar Phones and wants to operate fictitiously d/b/a DPE
So for those who have been scammed, I know where the con artists live and you do not have to suffer any financial loss.

Eitan Kimelman’s attorney has contacted the site and has indicated a willingness to sue this commenter. We have advised the attorney that if that is what they choose to do we have no control over that and if we receive a subpoena, we will post the subpoena to allow Mary a chance to deal with the subpoena.

The numbers for Eatate Law Group of Irvine , CA are 949-202-4896, 949 202-1024 and 949 202-1837. These numbers are owned by Eitan KImelman who owns a bogus telecommunications company named 01 Communications-CA. Eitan KImelman is on on these scams with his brothers Yaron Kimelman and Abraham Kimelman.
Now the alleged Sameer Qadri is probably a fake name as the Kimelman’s use fake names when they list their websites from which people are scammed. Someone named “Rubi” may call whoever, but she too is a scam artist. The KImelman wives are involved in the scams too. Sameer Qadri’s listed phone number is in Anaheim, CA at 951-268-6321 and this number is owned by MCI World Com Communications, INc out of Corona, CA. This MCI Worls Com is owned by Eitan Kimelman,
Both Estate Law Group and the MCI World Com Communications list the same ad for Family Credit Management. All of these websites have the infamous Yaron KImelman style.
I forgot to check on whether or not Eitan KImelman has a license to operate these 01 Communications or MCI World Com telecommunications companies.
I spoke to the man on 951-268-6321 and he claimed that he was Sameer Qadri. He and his assistant Rubi claim that 2 gentlemen hired him to work for Estate Law Group and have tied his name to everything. I was not given the name of the gentlemen, but it was mentioned that they are operating under the name of Credence Law Group now. If Eitan Kimleman is the one i need to give a beat down to and get dirt on, i will do so. The numbers I had for estate law group were 949-202-1021 and 949-202-1662. When Estate Law Group’s website was up, Sameer was listed as one of the attorneys. The others on the website like Ava Tien and Daniel Ruggerio claim that thir names were put on their website without their permission. They put real attorney’s on the website who have valid licenses to practice law in various states but the attorneys in most cases have nothing to do with them. Please advise if we should go after Kimelman because Qadri claims he was conned as well. Thanks for the info.

You should be receiving a call from Sameer Qadri’s assistant. I got that call from her today, and her name is Rubi. She mentioned that Sameer was conned by two gentlemen who she would not disclose the names of and they had already closed up Estate Law Group and opened it under a different name and hired a new attorney that will be duped just like Sameer was. He is under tons of stress and asked his associate to call me and explain. Do not know what to think at this point, but I tried to complain to the California State Bar. Sameer already has a few cases against him and the BAR has a suspension of his license pending. He is trying to clear his name. One thing is for sure, your money is gone just like ours was.
Did they say who the new attorney and company name is?
I know estate law group is now running under the name credence law and I know the address to the office is 2530 red hill ave Tustin ca suite 250 I don’t know if Sameer was in on the scam or not cause they are now working with a lawyer named Byron landau and I know there is two bosses scott and chris and I think they might be changing names again I know this because my husband works for them and he has since it was estate law he is now my ex husband so I will be glad to answer any questions I can about this scamming company maybe if he paid child support I wouldn’t be so quick to bust these guys and put his out of work

This is a major lie. This guy is a scammer. I know this person. He is mutually known through a family friend and had be been conned he clearly would have told the family and not have kept secrets. At the same time he would be trying to fight for his credibility a long time ago rather than now so he is clearly a fraud. Right when the truth surfaced and people started to complain about him online, then he falsely claims that two ppl stole his information and went around screwing people over.
He just lost his license to practice law and has been banned by the bar association not too long ago. The person who wrote above me claiming Sameer’s innocence is an immediate family member of his who is trying to cover for him.
I am in the same situation with the same group and address. I am out 3500.00 and have been dealing with the same issues. I also got the same letter from qadri so I sent a certified letter back to him.
