Consumer Statement:

Open Business Directory scammed our business. We have a current listing with yellow pages and needed the address to be updated. Updated what was believe the new address form faxed in and did not realize it was a big scam.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have contacted company via phone, which I never received a call back and instead received a letter stating that due to increase call volume they will only email or use letters to communicate. I also emailed. I have gone through BBB and FTC to try and stop harassment.
