“Dear Steve,
I tried getting help from you, and you gave me some advice that did not help. I have been scammed by debt resolution companies ( one charged me over $600.00 a month and only applied $100.00 to my debt. Nothing was settled in over a year.
I guess I don’t have a question, nothing was resolved before.
Carolyn”
Dear Carolyn,
I traced your previous question to this post, Lloyd Ward Law Firm Refused to Refund Money Sent to Him. – Carolyn.
In your most recent question you were not clear if you followed my previous advice on how to ask for a refund if you were not satisfied with the services received.

My advice in December, 2012 was for you to follow my process as laid out in How to Try to Get a Refund From a Debt Relief Company.
Did you follow all the steps in the guide?
What part of the advice in the guide did you feel was not helpful?
What was the response from Lloyd Ward or Lloyd Ward Law Firm when you asked for the refund?
I’m happy to help but I need more information about where you ran into a roadblock.
Please post your responses and follow-up messages to me on this in the comments section below.
