Consumer Statement:

I was contacted by Shaun Smith on 9-3-2010, I ask him how he got my number he said through the website “ He told me his company had help alot of people. they had been in business for six years. I was searching for a way to lower my credit card debt the interest they were charging me I was getting no where even paying more the minimum balance each month. After a few month I started to get cold feet and fell like something was up. I email asking to get our of the program. I was told no and I would lose all money put in my acct. This was on 3-11-2011.

Consumer Action Taken:

I contacted the BBB of Texas and State Attorney General office in Texas. There has been case being brought up in court Shane V. Garner vs Dallas County, Florida. I have given the Company Credit Alliance Group since that date $24,000 and my creditors haven’t received any money to this date. I am not going to stop until I get the money back to give to my creditors. This was a first for me never dealt with debt settlement or Debt consolidation before my lesson will be to see justice prevail. I have heard they have about 800 total accounts they have took advantage and hurt alot of people. I want to help with this issue.

  • Again, consumers need to call their credit card companies and look into options they offer. I don’t understand why you would entrust anyone with your money if you can do it for free yourself.
