Consumer Statement:

Receive a call on my cell phone 9/28/12 from Alicia Teh travel agent from VOLAR HOLIDAYS located in Malaysia.I was told by her that i won a prize money of a 130,000 USD, In order to claim the prize i will have to call their sponsor KINGSLEY&SHAWN HOLDINGS In HONGKONG who will issue the prize call and spoke to Mr Jackson Kong according to KING KONG he will have to set up a letter of authorization, because prize money coming from a foreign country. A fee is required of 2600 USD money transfer to western union.The following day Mr.KONG calls informs me that a entertainment tax is require a fee of 4500 USD.Wired

Consumer Action Taken:

Requested a refund.Was told that it is not refundable.TOTALED amount send to Mr.CHINA MAN is 35000 USD.Receiver in CHINA CHONG HAN KOK.
