A TRUCK DRIVING SCHOOL I NEVER ATTENDED HAS PUT A JUDGEMENT WITH EQUIFAX. THIS SUBMISSION WAS WITHOUT INFORMING ME OF ANY OF THE RELEVENT NFORMATION. EQUIFAX REFUSES TO REMOVE THIS ITEM. I LIVE IN S.C NEAR THE GA. BOARDER AND CAN GET TO ATLANTA. IN TWO HOURS.

CAN I SUE EQUIFAX IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET THEM TO REMOVE THIS ITEM?

Dear Randall,

If you are not getting anywhere with the credit bureau you might want to click here to contact an attorney who can represent you in an affordable way.

The other issue here might be you are a victim of identity theft and a loan for a truck driving school was taken out in your name.

There is more to the story. I’d suggest you get a consolidated credit report and see if there are any other surprises on your credit reports.
