Consumer Statement:

i was applying for a payday loan on the 11/06/13 i was not aware of any brokers fees etc, i hot a call from my bank on 12/06/13, fraud had been detected as this was an un usual transaction that had taken £34.16 and never recieved a payday loan!!!! i went onto the website to contact them their opening hours are listed but no phone number there is an email address but never any reply, and to top it off the website also tells me it had no record of my details, if this is the case how did they anage to take money from my account?
