I’m a registered and verified user of an US-based Bitcoin exchange whose name is Coin Market. This exchange is a federally registered MSB under FinCEN and the register number is # 31000027417046.
From the beginning of March I can no longer withdraw my moeny while deposit is no problem, however there is no announcement nor reminder to traders. I have contacted their support for many times but got no reply at all.
Considering the case of Mtgox which is a Bitcoin exchange based in Japan, I have reasons to suspect that the Coin Market exchange is stealing customer’s money. I really hope you can help me.
Consumer Action Taken:
I’ve sent several emails, using several differnt email addresses of mine, to their support email box ‘email@example.com’, but there is no reply at all. I have posted a thread on a Bitcoin service forum and some other people joined in my discussion to compain that they also have withdrawal issue.
