I got a post card in the mail regarding a loan modification. I called and the company is/was The Remedy Law Group. Trusting in what they said I proceeded with the loan modification. The upfront fee was $4100 paid in 2 payments. I kept getting passed around from person to person ending up w/a guy by the name of Dennis Serna. He kept telling me everything was going great and then one day I decided to call my mortgage company, which at the time was Citi Mortgage only to find out they had never talked w/anyone from Remedy Law Group regarding my loan modification. The last time I talked w/Dennis was October 2013 and he told me everything should be done w/in the next 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I tried calling him and emailing him and never got a response and then the 800# I was calling was disconnected.

I tried calling numerous times and also emailing. I have saved every single email I sent to them and they sent to me. I have everyone’s name I talked to and I also emailed all of them but the email came back to me as not delivered.
I’m just trying to find out is there anything I can do to get my money back?
