Consumer Statement:

I was dealing with Apex Legal Group in Orange County Ca
I Didn’t make up my monthly budget they did they had me check yes on my cpu to many questions I never got my right to recind this The man who came out was in a hurry said to sign here and here / I tried to tell them that 2 accounts were with a bank I was gonna refi with said it wouldn’t matter. I was promised a Welcome package I never got.I was told by the adviser well it could take 2 weeks to come from Ca but they took $785.96 never told what was forgiven was income

Consumer Action Taken:

I tried talking to them and explaining that I never got package.THey keep telling me guess your 3 accounts that is with the bank you are going to refi makes you not eligible got E-Mail from a lawyer askimng me to sign the recision letter after they took the money out/ I complained how I was treated they sent me a letter not on Business stationary but a refunf letter offering me $400.00 back but I could not write talk e-Mail or post anything about them or they would sue I still have the paper unsigned here I’m waiting till June to mail it back

  1. I received a call from Apex today June 12 stating they were giving me all my money back so I want to retract my complaint I will let you know when I receive my money. This makes me feel better about this Company.
