Consumer Statement:

Responded to a fax to my work, I first thought it was from out uinion seiu or uhw. after contacting these people they first appeared they were interested in helping us out on debt consolidation, over 2 years, they handle one small credit debt about 1500 dollars, on the other hand we paid off 3 debt about the same amount. we were still having some problems with credit cards company, about they were trying to contact these people, but they never return the calls. Finally we got help from a bankruptcy lawyer, he warned us about some of these agencies, but now it was too late, these people also charge us over 10,000 dollars for there service. after going thiough bankruptcy court, tried get get what money that was in out account , over 10000 dolalrs, they refused to return our money back to us. so I know today I was taken. I would not recommend these people, even to people I do not like.

Consumer Action Taken:

only way to contact these people is by e mail, after many attempts, and really got no response,, finally called them, I was informed it goes to the credit cards company, I reminded them that all accounts were taken care of by the courts of California. they did not reply,, after several calls and emails my the lawyer, he said you have probably lost this money, these peoplea are not going to give it back to you.
