Update October 16, 2014
I received the following statement regarding this post.
What Do You Feel is Wrong With the Story in Question?: i am the writter of this and i would like to take this down. it is not a scam and i need to take this down.
What’s the Suggested Fix?: i need this to be taken down pleasee!!
Unfortunately it is impossible to understand if the statement is being submitted because the company is applying pressure to the once unhappy consumer, if this is actually the same person, if the consumer lied when submitting the original complaint, if there is something the company is trying to cover-up, or the company is threatening the consumer for actually complaining. Let’s hope the last option isn’t what is actually happening. If so, that would throw up more red flags for regulators and others.
If we believe both the complaint and subsequent message we are left with two statements; “it is not a scam,” and “There were numerous charges yearly that were not verbally explained.”
It would have been beneficial if the company had directly and publicly responded to this unhappy consumer rather than leave this site in an impossible position to figure out what is going on. I’d be happy to post any statement or update the company wants to make about this post.
I trust readers to evaluate all of the information posted here by others and come to their own conclusion.
Original Complaint
Consumer Statement:
Im was looking for the loan forgiveness program and this ad came up, the company represented themselves as part of the gov. They told me I would be enrolled into the loan forgiveness plan but how could I if I didn’t work full time? I later learned from the actual government that I have to be full time.
There were numerous charges yearly that were not verbally explained.
The website did not work, every link was error.
Phone calls and emails were not responded too.
Consumer Action Taken:
After calling and emailing I finally got in touch and canceled my membership but because it was more then 14 days, I could not get my money back.

If you do get your money back, come back and leave a comment about it. I’d love to praise companies that step-up and do the right thing for people.
