I contacted nationwide student relieve , thay stated thay could help me bring down my payment for my student loan to ten dollars a month. Filled out all the paper work thay asked me to do and sent it back thay called me once and I never heard from them again thay did tell me this was not a free program and I would have to make three payments of 119.00 for three months this started in june and its now November and thay are still taking it out I contacted my bank and had to change my atm card so thay would not be able to take out any more money . they did not only not help me but non of the money they took out of my bank did not apply to my student loan , they told me they work with sally mae that is who had my student loan at the time .I have contacted sally mae and they have never heard of them , I have made a complaint to the state attorneys office

I have tried many times to call them back and I I get is a recording to leave a message nothing is being down so I took it apon my self to to try and do some thing about this company , told them in a message I would be making a formal complaint against them still no response back from them when the phone does ring from them it comes up on caller id as black diamond , the lady I was working with is Loretta Taft
