Consumer Statement:

I to was scammed student loan resolve they told me I would need $500 dollars for enrollment and fees and 49 dollars a month would go toward my student loans for 300 month’s and the rest of my loan debt would be forgiven. My student loans started calling me telling me I was behind in payment the consolidation they offer is free why would I be paying for a free service they also stated that they never heard of student loan resolve and they had been trying to contact me but student loan resolve changed my address to theirs so I wouldn’t get my information they stole over a thousand dollars that could have went to my loans and to my child for Christmas please beware of this scam so this doesn’t happen to.

Consumer Action Taken:

I called the company they denied telling me my 49 dollar a month payments would go to my loans it’s go straight to them for doing nothing basically thanks idiot another hard worker with children we took from!!

  1. If you file an attorney general complaint in both your state and the state of this company, you should be able to get the money back. Just search for the attorney general in both states, they will have consumer complaint forms on their websites.
