Consumer Statement:

I feel incredibly upset. I am a single mother working full time and going to school full time. I have been living pay check to pay check. I called sunshine doc prep when I heard about the loan forgiveness option for school loans. They told me that I qualified for the loan forgiveness, I just had to pay a document service fee of $600.00. I explained that I can’t afford this and they told me they could split it up to four small payments. Then once this payment is made all I would need to pay would be $60 a month for 23 years and then my loans would be forgiven. After they got the money, I have not heard from the company. I have sent them emails asking for someone to email and call me back and no one has called or sent me an email. I can not call them because I lost their phone number and I can’t find it on their web page or even on the forms to sign.

I tried to find the companies phone number to call them, but I could not find it anywhere. I also sent them some emails asking for someone to call me back and no one has called me back.
