Family Financial Care – Consumer Complaint – January 21, 2015

Consumer Statement:

On 2012 I hire Family Financial care, Inc. to help me to result all my debt. A year past and this company took from my bank account close to $6,300.98 and they never paid one bill. A year pass and I did call few time and never give a reason why they do not paid my debts. No answers. I call to cancelled on 10-13-2013, and they do not want to return my money.

Consumer Action Taken:

I decided to call my lawyer and my lawyer sent two letter and they never respond. I also sent letter no answer, I call few time no answer. I call a friend that he do bankruptcy for his advise, he call this company and spoke with Mr. Mark Rapp, no resold, I am fitting to get this money back because I owed to the hospital about $28,000.00 and a credit card $1,000.00 about. I needed help those people cannot take my money.
